Payments, prices and promotions

Our services clearly specify their cost, promotions in branches and on the website may vary and can only be purchased through the means in which the promotional cost applies.

If you require an invoice, you have a maximum of 24 hours to request it after the date of purchase. The invoice will be sent within 3 business days after the date of your request.

Payment for the service is made by Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, OXXO Stores from our website or in cash directly at the branch.

Transactions within the site will be carried out through the Openpay payment gateway.

Online purchases will be verified within a 24 hour period on business days (Monday to Friday), if it was completed successfully you will receive an email with confirmation and proof of your payment with which you can schedule your appointment at the branch of your choice.

Our promotions are valid for a limited time only, so you must make the payment during their validity.

Physical Gift Certificates can be purchased in branches or digitally from our website.

Warranty, returns and exchanges

It is necessary to bring your proof of payment printed or digitally with your order number or the email confirming your payment in order to undergo the treatment.

The purchase order for services and/or packages is individual. If you made a purchase of 3 different packages, these must be made to the same person. If you wish to give a treatment as a gift, you must make the payment separately using the “Give this product” option. Otherwise, the account holder with which the payment was made must come to sign the sales note on that day.

Promotional costs do not apply to previous purchases, so once payment has been made, no price adjustments are made.

It is necessary that the account holder with which the payment was made appears to sign the sales note.

All treatments work differently in each organism, so the results may vary from one person to another. It is important to follow the doctor's recommendations for the success of the treatment.

Promotional packages and/or services must be paid for in a single payment within their validity date.

No cash refunds are made, services and/or packages are not transferable or modifiable.

You must start and finish the treatment at the branch where you purchased it. If you have made your payment online once you have started the treatment at the branch of your choice, you cannot change to another branch.

You have 60 days after your purchase to validate the service and/or package.

You must attend your appointments punctually. You have a 10-minute grace period, after which you are subject to schedule availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours in advance, taking your scheduled appointment as a reference, so that it is not taken as completed.

Treatment will be considered performed if your appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

The paid treatment will be considered completed if there are 3 consecutive cancellations.

We reserve the right to provide care to pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied during treatment by a parent or guardian.

Even though you can reschedule your appointment, the results may be affected if they are not performed at the frequency indicated by the doctor. In the case of Cavitation, Lipolaser and Radiofrequency every week, Hair Removal with Intense Pulsed Light every 3 weeks.

If during the treatment you are undergoing at MoldeArte, you decide to undergo another treatment elsewhere, take any medication, experience any discomfort, illness or suspect pregnancy, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can update your medical record and so that our doctor in charge can tell you if you may have any contraindications or if you should stop the treatment.

In the event that the patient does not continue with the treatment by their own decision, change of city, pregnancy, illness, accident, or any other reason not attributable to MoldeArte, the treatment will not be refundable.
